![]() ![]() I was told by one of their representatives G!^&ns) that upon signing I was locked into a 12 month agreement, but after the initial 12 months we could continue on as a monthly contract. I sign up for a Houzz pro account in Aug 2020. ![]() For Houzz, I am stating again that I would like to terminate my contract, as this product does not work with my business. I am working with my bank to now dispute this months and upcoming monthly charges since I am not receiving services sold to me, and I am paying more a month for what seems to be fraud. I have clarified multiple times that I need in writing what the new fee is for, and what service or product they are providing. Their response is to hop on a call to make optimizations. I have let the team know they are in breach of their contract by charging me monthly for services not provided, and thus I would like to end my contract. Further, they included a new marketing package on my plan at a higher rate per month however, they are unable to describe what this new package means in terms of actual services or a legitimate product - to explain why I am paying the new increased fee. The service in terms of the data, accounting, and tax purposes have not been provided and yet their team has told me I am unable to get out of my contract, so I can pursue a solution that works for my business. Unfortuntely, the past 3.5 months, the data has pulled incorrectly or not at all - causing us to spend more time, hours, and money to solve the issue in other ways, without the use of Houzz. I work with an accountant that specialized in these types of interior design business platforms to manage the sales tax with my **************. I subscribed to Houzz Pro for both marketing and accounting purposes - specifically to file sales tax for the products I resell to my clients. Bait and switch - I plan to complaint to the ******* Attorney General for Consumer Fraud but for now I need a refund. Their policy doesnt address missing items just damaged items and refunds - this falls under neither and they are misapplying their policy to this situation. Since they are refusing to send the missing part I want a merchanside refund for an incomplete sale. It was installed on August 29th and that evening I reported the missing backsplash with photos HOUZZ now refuses to do anything for us despite their 2.5 day delay that cost me for the loss of the install and now for the incomplete item because I reported it on day 32. Houzz sent am enail about delivery for 7/25/23 and I received a call from RoadRunner about the delivery for the 25th - Item was not delivered on the 25th NOR on the next day as promised on the 26th b/c a truck broke and finally I received on the 27th - my installers were available for the 25th and the 26th but no longer by the time this got delivered. ![]()
